For Twinkles or Oopsy Daisy to arrive at your party We will need a accurate address of the party to insure I will arrive on time (excluding acts beyond my control) ie., severe weather, traffic, sudden illness.
Deposit is non refundable and deducted from cost of your event. ie, (110.00 event you will pay 40.00 deposit with balance of 70.00) plus small travel fee
Twinkles or Oopsy Daisey will make every attempt to contact you 1 week,before the party, the day before and just prior to leaving. If phone contact or email can not be made with you or my messages not returned then this may cause difficulty insuring a wonderful party. God Bless you.
